Data privacy
We are delighted that you are interested in our website. We place great importance on the protection of your personal data in the collection, processing and use of those data, when you visit our site.

1 Personal data
Personal data are data, which can be used to identify you. They include your name, address, postal address and telephone number. They do not include data, which is not associated with your identity (such as the number of users of an Internet site). As a matter of principle you can use our online offer without disclosing your identity. If you request information, order e-books or make other enquiries, we request your name and other personal information. It is entirely your decision as to whether you enter these data. We store your data on specially protected servers in Zurich in Switzerland. Only a few authorised persons have access to the data. They are responsible for the technical, commercial or editorial supervision of the contents and servers. If usage or traffic data is required for our services, these are stored for a maximum of six months from collection of the data. If data are required to satisfy legal, statutory or contractual retention periods (e.g. invoicing), these data are also stored for a longer period. However, these data are blocked and only a few authorised persons have access to them through passwords.
Disclosure of personal data to third parties
We use your personal data only to respond to your enquiries. We do not disclose the data to third parties, unless we have your express consent. If we are obliged by law or by a Court decision, we shall transfer your data to the authorities entitled to receive information.

4.2 Use of cookies
Internet cookies are small data packages, which are stored by your browser on the hard disk of your computer. Our website uses cookies. Such cookies are necessary so that you can move freely around the website and can use its features; this also includes inter alia access to secured areas of the website. Cookies are also necessary for technical reasons to allow the shopping cart to function in shop orders. As a standard feature the settings on most current browsers are adjusted so that they automatically accept cookies. However, you can deactivate the storage of cookies or adjust your browser settings, so that you are notified as soon as cookies are transferred.
Protection of minors
Children and persons under 18 years of age should not communicate any personal data to us, unless they have the permission of their parents or legal guardians.
Links to other websites
Our online offer includes links to other websites. We are unable to influence whether or not their operators comply with the data protection provisions.

5. Google Analytics
This website uses Google Analytics, a web analysis service of Google Inc. (Google). Google Analytics uses text files, known as cookies, which are stored on your computer and allow the use of the website to be analysed. Any information produced by the cookie through your use of the website (including your IP address) is sent to a Google server in the USA and is stored there. Google uses this information to analyse your use of the website, to compile reports on website activities for the website operator and in order to carry out further services in relation to the use of the website and the Internet. Also, if applicable, Google will share this information with third parties, as long as this is legally required or to the extent that the third party may process this data on behalf of Google. You can prevent your computer storing cookies by adjusting the settings of your browser software.

6. Notices on Facebook plug-ins
On our website we use plug-ins from the Facebook online network portal. The operator of this network is Facebook Inc., 1601 S. California Avenue, Palo Alto, CA 94304, USA. The plug-ins consist of a button, marked "like" and the logo of Facebook Inc. – a white "f" on a blue background. Such plug-ins can be identified from the notice, "Facebook social plug-ins", which can be found on this website. If you access our website, your browser makes a direct connection with the Facebook Inc. servers, whereby the specific content of the Facebook plug-ins is provided on their servers and finally linked directly to our website via your browser. If you are a Facebook member and are logged on to Facebook during your visit to our website, this visit can be allocated to your Facebook user account. If you use the "like" button, this information is similarly transferred directly to Facebook and stored there. You can prevent your visit to our website from being allocated to your Facebook account, if you log out of Facebook before visiting our site. Even if you are not a member of Facebook, your IP address may be transferred to Facebook Inc. and stored there. Further information of the extent and purposes of the collection and use of personal data by Facebook and notes on browser setting options for Facebook user accounts in order to protect your privacy are available on: http://www.facebook.com/policy.php.

The IP addresses are stored only insofar as this is required for the provision of our services. Otherwise IP addresses are erased or anonymised. When you visit our site, we store your IP address for a maximum of 7 days for the purposes of identification and to defend the site from attacks.
If you request information, order e-books or make other enquiries, we request your name and other personal information. It is entirely your decision as to whether you enter these data. We store your data on specially protected Worldsoft AG servers in Zurich in Switzerland. Right to object to data collection in specific cases and to direct advertising (Article 21 GDPR)

Where data are processed on the basis of Article 6 (1) point (e) or (f) GDPR, you have the right at any time to lodge a complaint against the processing of your personal data on grounds, which arise from your particular situation; this also applies to profiling based on those provisions. The respective legal base on which processing relies is explained in this Data Privacy Statement. If you object, we shall no longer process your personal data, unless we can prove compelling legitimate grounds for the processing, which outweigh your interests, rights and freedoms or the processing serves the purpose of the assertion, exercise or defence of legal claims.
Where personal data are processed for direct marketing purposes, you have the right to object at any time to processing of personal data concerning you for such marketing; this applies also to profiling, if it is connected with such direct advertising. If you register your objection, thereafter your personal data are no longer used for the purpose of direct advertising (Right to object in accordance with Article 21 (2) GDPR).
Right to restriction of processing

You have the right to request restriction of processing of your personal data. To do this, you may contact us at any time at the address stated in the Legal Notice.
There is a right to restriction of processing in the following cases:
- If you contest the accuracy of your personal data processed by us, we usually need time to verify this. During the time taken for verification you have the right to request the restriction of processing of your personal data.
- If your personal data are/have been unlawfully processed, instead of erasure you may request the restriction of the data processing.
- If we no longer need your personal data, however you need them for the exercise, defence or establishment of legal claims, you have the right to request restriction of processing instead of erasure.
- If you have lodged an objection in accordance with Article 21 (1) GDPR, your interests and our interests must be weighed against each other. While it has not been established whose interest overweighs the other interests, you have the right to request restriction of processing of your personal data.
Where processing has been restricted, such personal data shall, with the exception of storage, only be processed with your consent or for the establishment, exercise or defence of legal claims or for the protection of the rights of another natural or legal person or for reasons of important public interest of the European Union or of a Member State.
2. Disclosure data to third parties

We use your personal data only for the purposes of use by us. Unless we have your express consent, we do not transfer the data to third parties. Insofar as we are obliged by law or by the decision of a Court to do so, we shall transfer your data to authorities entitled to receive information.

6. CRM (Worldsoft Business Suite) and Newsletter

This website uses the Worldsoft Business Suite (WBS), provided by Worldsoft AG, Churerstrasse 158, 8808 Pfäffikon, Switzerland.
Worldsoft Business Suite (WBS) is a CRM (Customer Relationship Management) system, which can be used to organise and analyse data.
When you transfer your personal data to us by means of a web form or by placing an order, these data are stored on the Worldsoft AG servers in Switzerland. After appropriate inspection the EU Commission has certified Switzerland as having a level of data protection comparable with that required by EU law. The transfer of data from the EU to Switzerland is admissible under data protection law. We have concluded a contract for order data processing with Worldsoft.
Before you transfer your data, we advise you of our data protection provisions. By transferring your data you are giving your consent that we may collect, process and use your personal data, within the framework of the provisions of the law.
The purpose of processing arises from the relationship, in which you transfer your data. Your data are used for the purpose, for which they have originally been collected. For example, if you order a product on our website, your data are used to create and despatch the invoice and for any enquiries.
Legal base

The data are processed on the basis of your consent (Article 6 (1) point (a) GDPR). You can withdraw your consent at any time. The legality of the data processing up to the time when you withdraw your consent remains unaffected by the withdrawal of the consent.
Data analysis by the WBS

The WBS enables us to classify potential customers and customers on the basis of various categories (known as tagging). In this process the address entries are classified, e.g. by gender, personal preferences (e.g. vegetarian or non-vegetarian) or customer relationship (e.g. customer or potential customer).
Storage period
The data, which you have lodged with us, are stored until you withdraw your consent. Once you withdraw your consent, your data is erased both from our servers and from the Worldsoft AG servers. Full particulars are available from the Worldsoft AG Data Protection Statement on: https://www.worldsoft.info/86.
Newsletter data

The Worldsoft Business Suite (WBS) allows inter alia the despatch of newsletters to be organised and analysed. The data entered by you for the purpose of receiving the newsletter are stored on Worldsoft AG servers.
If you would like to receive the newsletter offered on the website, we require from you an e-mail address or a telephone number for SMS, as well as information which allow us to verify that you are the holder of the e-mail address or telephone number entered and that you agree to receiving the newsletter. Further data are not collected, or are collected only on a voluntary basis. We use these data exclusively to send the information requested and do not transfer them to third parties.
The data entered by you for the purpose of receiving the newsletter are stored on Worldsoft AG servers.
The data provided in the newsletter registration form are processed solely on the basis of your consent (Article 6 (1) point (a) GDPR). You can at any time withdraw your consent for the storage of the data, the e-mail address and its use for the despatch of the newsletter; this can be done via the Unsubscribe link in the newsletter. The legality of the data processing up to the time when you withdraw your consent remains unaffected by the withdrawal of the consent.
The data lodged by you for the purpose of receiving the newsletter are stored by us until you remove your name from the list for receipt of the newsletter and are erased when the despatch to you of the newsletter is cancelled. Data, which have been stored by us for other purposes, (e.g. e-mail addresses for the members' area) remain unaffected thereby.
Data analysis by the WBS

When we despatch newsletters with the aid of WBS, we are able to establish whether a newsletter message has been opened and which links, where applicable, have been clicked.
The WBS also enables us to classify the newsletter recipients by means of various categories (known as tagging). In this process the newsletter recipients are classified, e.g. by gender, personal preferences (e.g. vegetarian or non-vegetarian) or customer relationship (e.g. customer or potential customer). In this way the newsletter can be better matched to the respective target groups. Further information is available on

https://www.worldsoft-wbs.info/68

If you do not wish your data to be analysed by WBS, you must cancel your subscription to the newsletter. In each newsletter message we provide an adequate link for this purpose. Data, which have been stored by us for other purposes, (e.g. e-mail addresses for the members' area address details for invoicing) remain unaffected thereby.

Google Web Fonts

This site uses standardised display of fonts, known as web fonts, from Google. When a site is accessed, your browser loads the required web fonts into its browser cache, in order to display texts and fonts correctly.
For this purpose, however, the browser used by you is not connected to the Google servers, but accesses the Worldsoft servers in Switzerland. This informs Google that our website has been accessed through your IP address. However, Worldsoft is informed of your IP address when you use the website. How we deal with your IP address is described in Point 1 (2) of this Data Privacy Statement.
We use Google Web Fonts in the interests of standardising our online presence and making it more attractive. If your browser does not support web fonts, your computer uses a standard font.

By means of an API this site uses the map service from Google Maps. The service provider is Google Inc., 1600 Amphitheatre Parkway, Mountain View, CA 94043, USA.
It is necessary to store your IP address, to enable you to use the Google Maps functions. As a rule, this information is transferred to a Google servicer in the USA and stored there. The access provider of this site has no influence on this data transfer.
Google Maps are used in the interests of giving our online offers an attractive display and to make it easy to find the locations referred by us on the website. This represents a legitimate interest within the meaning of Article 6 (1) point (f) GDPR.
